Poe's 'Pixietale' tells the story of her journey facing many obstacles and challenges because she is different to the other Pixies. Sometimes, they make fun of her which makes her sad. Along the way however, she learns the meaning and importance of how being proud of her UNIQUENESS, helps her to overcome them and feel happy.
The tale is written in a playful voice to engage children's imagination, so they will remember and learn the lessons from the Pixie's journey to self belief.
The doll then becomes a symbol for this new understanding and inspires the child to believe in themselves to do the same.
For some additional magic, the doll also has a little pocket on its back that contains a secret spell. Once read, this begins the magic of self belief inside the child. The pocket can also be used to leave or give messages, to and from the Pixies.

Bella & Lace offers a flat rate for standard shipping within Australia for $10.
Goods are sent using Sendle or Australia post and generally take 2-5 working days. (Delivery may take a little longer in regional areas).
Express Shipping is also available for a flat rate fee of $15.00 which generally takes 1-3 working days.
We ship World Wide for a flat rate of $25 from 0-5kg. Above 5kg you will be contacted by Bella & Lace to arrange additional freight charges.
Bella & Lace offers a flat rate for standard shipping within Australia for $10.

Please note packages weighting 0-500gsm will be shipped with Authority to Leave. If you wish for your parcel to be sent with a signature on delivery please leave comment in notes.
Bella & Lace and their representatives will not be liable in anyway for any loss or damage to the parcel and its contents.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases from Bella & Lace. If you receive an item that you are unhappy with for any reason, please send through an email with your order number and details of the item as soon as you receive the order.
You may return any full price items within 7 days of receiving your parcel for a refund. Postage will be at the senders expense, we do not refund postage. We do not refund or exchange on sale items.
If your product is faulty, please email us with all details within the time frames as outlined above. We will then assess the condition of the product. Depending on the fault we will either offer you a prepaid postage label to return the item for a full refund, or exchange the product for something of the same value.
If you receive the wrong product in your order, your postage cost for shipping the item back to us will be refunded. If the correct product is available, we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
If you purchase a product that is found to be unavailable or sold out, we will contact you to organise a refund or exchange.
A return will only be accepted at the discretion of Bella & Lace. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.
